The works presented here are released under the following terms:

• There is no charge for performance, but I would ask that you send me a copy of the program and any other material that mentions my contribution. If you charge for the performance, I would also like two tickets to the performance.
• If you record the work, I would ask that you pay me the current statutory royalty for this.
