Well, after a week of not getting much exercise and a late start on a morning run, I ended up cutting things short once again. I ran-walked the last half mile of the run today.
I'm also changing my modus operandi for my long runs. Since I'm running the lakefront path, I've decided that rather than try and hit a specific distance, I'd aim for a given time (the planned milage times 10 minutes). Then, later in the week, I'll check that distance with my bike and see how far I actually went. The distance should get updated by Friday of the week. While it's unupdated, it will have a grey background.
