I've generally been feeling pretty good. After some hard runs in the two mile range, I got a good burst of energy for my three and three-and-a-half mile run. Today, I ended up only running two miles instead of my originally planned four though. Part of it was that it was afternoon and fairly hot, but I think the bigger part was that I didn't get the sort of exercise in the rest of the week that I've been accustomed to get. This week, I'll put some more time in and should be able to hit the planned 4.5 miles next Sunday.
